Nationally Accredited Training & Assessment
Many Organisations and Corporations whose core business is not training choose to become a Registered Training Organisation to deliver nationally recognised training to their employees. Hobart Water as a Bulk Water Authority falls in this category and as an Enterprise Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offers nationally accredited training and assessment in:
- NWP20101 – Certificate II in Water Industry Operations
- NWP30101 – Certificate III in Water Industry Operations
For those experienced operators who wish to transfer their own skills and knowledge onto other staff members and gain formal accreditation, units from the TAA04 Training and Assessment Certificate are also offered:
- TAADEL 404B Facilitate work-based learning
- TAAASS 401C Plan and organise assessment
- TAAASS 402C Assess competence
- TAAASS 404B Participate in assessment validation
Hobart Water also offers accredited and non accredited training to industry partners who are involved in the water industry. Through consultation to gain an understanding of your training and business requirements, we are able to tailor a program to suit your organisational needs and adult learners in the working environment.
