Celebrating our Environment
Environment Week
Environment week involves numerous environmental activities/talks and the annual internal environmental awards. Those staff who have gone beyond the call of duty to ensure Hobart Water remains diligent to its environmental commitment are recognised with a ceremony and gift, such as a native seedling.
Clean Up Australia Day
Hobart Water staff participate in Clean Up Australia Day by collecting rubbish from one of the Hobart Water sites, such as Risdon Brook Park. This is always a fun day, with staff coming together to make a difference to the environment.
